A.K. was, as they add, deprived of his liberty while attempting to exit the Republic of Serbia, at the Godovo border crossing.
„An international warrant has been issued for this person for serving a prison sentence of eight months, to which he was sentenced by the Basic Court in Berane for committing the criminal offense of violent behavior,“ the police state.
Further communication between the judicial authorities of Montenegro and the Republic of Serbia will follow in order to extradite this person.
