In a report to the Supreme State Prosecutor's Office, which was also submitted to Television Vijesti, Mitrović claims that she was convicted based on false information, arbitrary calculations, and in a rigged trial.
She accuses Novović, Šoškić and Nikolić of everything, while at the same time filing a complaint against the High Court judge Nenad Vujanović, who convicted her in the first instance, as well as against three judges of the Court of Appeal – Vesna Moštrokol, Predrag Tabaš and Zorica Milanović, who upheld the verdict.
Mitrović was sentenced to seven months in prison for abuse of power in the "Klap" case, because she allowed certain companies to have their criminal prosecution postponed, and she had to seek prison for them.
The former prosecutor, however, claims that the directors of those companies did not commit a crime because the amount of their unpaid taxes did not exceed ten thousand euros and that is why she did not seek prison for them, but instead they paid the taxes and donated some of the money to humanitarian causes.
Mitrović claims that Judge Vujanović, at the behest of prosecutors Novović and Šoškić, accepted false financial data on the tax liabilities of these companies, prepared by expert witness Nikolić, that is, that certain invoices were transferred to other months so that the amount of unpaid tax in them exceeded ten thousand euros, while some of the invoices shown are not even in the analytical cards.
Mitrović concludes that in this way the number of directors of the companies from which she allegedly obtained material benefits was falsely increased, from 2 to 4, which was a key factor in her conviction.
