The University of Montenegro invites businesses, institutions, and organizations to participate in the program "Scholarships for the Best. Jobs with the Best.", which the oldest and largest higher education institution in the country continues to implement during the academic year 2026/2027, following an exceptionally successful first year of realization.

In a time when the labor market demands highly qualified personnel with broad knowledge and skills, the program „Scholarships for the Best. Jobs with the Best.“ connects the University, students, and the economy, allowing students to gain experience in leading companies and institutions during their studies, while partners can identify and support their future workforce.

The program also has significant social value. By connecting the best students with leading companies and institutions in Montenegro, it contributes to creating conditions for young people to build their future in their own country.

Key elements of the program:

 • Scholarships based on partner needs: Companies and institutions can sponsor students from study programs that match their staffing needs or support education in areas of particular importance for social development;

• Selection criteria: Candidates are evaluated based on academic success, innovation, participation in international exchange programs, and scientific research work. Employers can choose candidates themselves after the competition or leave that process to the University, which ranks candidates according to pre-established criteria;

• Professional practice: Scholarship recipients are required to spend at least one month during the academic year in practice with an employer. This way, they gain practical experience, become familiar with organizational culture and opportunities for professional development, while partners have the chance to identify and meet potential future employees during their studies;

 • Financial framework: Scholarships amount to 300 euros per month and are paid over ten months of the academic year.

For the 2025/2026 academic year, the University of Montenegro has signed agreements with 26 renowned companies, institutions, state and public enterprises (including EPCG, CEDIS, Monteput, Crnogorski Telekom, ONE, Mtel, CBCG, and KCCG), which have provided 82 scholarships. The University of Montenegro has additionally secured 21 scholarships for deficit areas, thus supporting students from study programs for which the market did not show direct interest at that time.

Be part of a community that recognizes and supports excellence!
