Sutjeska's players welcome Arsenal tomorrow in the 24th round of the domestic championship.

The upcoming duel will be the first challenge for new coach Milorad Peković, who succeeded Dejan Jelenić on the bench a few days ago.

"It is a great pleasure and pride, because my roots are from here, my father is from here. Football was an integral part of our family, and therefore Sutjeska as a club. My family and I are very proud, and I think my father would be proud of me if he saw all this. I would like to thank the people from the club for the trust they have shown me and the opportunity to be part of such a club with its tradition and great name, as well as the expectations and goals that the club sets. I am ready with my coaching staff to respond to the goals that Sutjeska sets," said the former manager of Dečić and Podgorica.

Peković took over at the moment when the team had four points more than the main title contenders. Is this additional pressure, because the ambitions are clear – an attack on the title.

"The pressure would be greater if the team was somewhere lower in the table. This job itself brings pressure. But we are in a good position, the guys deserve great respect for everything they have done so far. The work is not done yet, there is a lot ahead of us, a lot of difficult games. We need to be focused, to go from training to training, from game to game, to try to get the most out of each next game. Sutjeska's goals are always high. We focus only on Arsenal, and when that game is over, then we look ahead," said Peković.

The previous two duels this season ended in a draw (no goals in Tivat) and a victory for Sutjeska "kraj Bistrica" (3:0).

"Arsenal is a good, tough and disciplined team that plays direct football, they have two very good strikers who, if you give them space, can cause problems. We have to pay attention to them," said Peković.

Sutjeska's young defender, Miloš Vračar, has settled in near the right touchline.

"Another match in a series in which we are going for the win. We are certainly the favorites on our home field and we will do our best to please the fans," said Vračar, who arrived in the city under Trebjes during the winter transfer window.

"I'm satisfied, the guys have accepted me very well. I don't see myself as a bonus, but I want to establish myself as a standard player in addition to that. It's a bit of a relief, but I give one hundred percent of myself in every match," concluded Vračar.

Sutjeska is the leader in the table with 43 points (seven more than their closest rivals Decic and Mornar), Arsenal is first below the line with 26 points.

Tomorrow's duel at the City Stadium in Nikšić is scheduled for 3 p.m.
