Predsjednik Crne Gore Jakov Milatović podnio je Ustavnom sudu predlog za ocjenu ustavnosti člana 15 Zakona o Ustavnom sudu, tvrdeći da se njime protivustavno omogućava produženje mandata sudijama nakon isteka ustavom propisanih 12 godina.
