The Boston Celtics opened the playoffs with a bang.

In the first game of the series against the Philadelphia 76ers, the team from Massachusetts won convincingly 123:91 and took a 1-0 lead.

It was clear from the start which direction the match was going – Boston controlled the rhythm and did not allow their rival to come back.

Jayson Tatum dominated the first half – he scored 21 of his 25 points before halftime and paved the way to victory.

Jaylen Brown then took over, exploding in the third quarter with 16 points and definitely breaking the guests' resistance.

Our Nikola Vučević played 17 and a half minutes and during that time scored three points, along with six rebounds and three assists.

The second match will be played again at TD Garden, and if Philadelphia does not improve its shooting, it faces a quick elimination.
