MOL pays dividends of EUR 630 million

Hungarian oil and gas company MOL has proposed to the Board of Directors that dividends for the past business year, in the amount of around EUR 630 million, be paid in the third quarter of this year.

In a notice to capital market participants, the company stated that dividends will be paid in accordance with current practice, Capital.ba reports.

"The dividend payment will be made in accordance with MOL's previous practice and legal requirements," company representatives announced.
