"In socializing with the hosts, almost 100 children and their educators toured the premises, learned about the role and work of the Federation, as well as the basics of basketball, which we hope many of them will choose as their sporting activity when they grow up. In addition, our national teams will always have their favorite fans there!
After visiting the Federation, the children also visited the nearby SC Derbija hall, where representatives of that club introduced them to what professional basketball players' training sessions look like, and then the girls and boys tried out the balls and the hall's parquet floor for themselves, where some of them may play their first games in a few years.
"This was the most wonderful working day for the employees of the Union, and we hope that the children enjoyed it just as much," said the Union.
