Anđela and Andrej marked the junior athletics championship

On the second day of the 40th Individual Championship of Montenegro for juniors and juniors, held at the "Borovica" and "Pod Golubinjom" stadiums in Pljevlja, organized by Rudar, and under the auspices of the Athletic Association of Montenegro and the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Montenegro, the most medals were won by the athletes of Mornar - ten, followed by AK Sanja with seven, Tara with six, Jedinstvo with five, while the competitors from Rudar and Podgorica each won three medals. Nikšić and Lim won two medals each.

The most successful athlete of the championship among male athletes was declared to be Andrej Đukanović from Mornar with six medals – one gold, three silver, and two bronze, while the championship in the women’s competition was marked by Anđela Đuranović, a member of AK Sanja, who won five gold medals.

Representing the Athletic Association of Montenegro, the competition was attended by Secretary General Milan Madžgalj, selector Osman Erović, and members of the coaching staff of the national team: Drago Musić, Budimir Jestrović, Danijela Vojinović, Marko Ristić, and Branislav Maslovarić.
