The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, stated today that the country will be fully prepared for the introduction of military service, which will last 75 days and is expected to begin in March of next year.

Vučić stated at a press conference where he presented a package of measures for socially vulnerable categories of the population that the barracks will be logistically and infrastructurally ready to receive candidates for mandatory military service.

“Military service will take place in the east, west, south, and north of the country, so that not everything goes to Belgrade, Novi Sad, Kragujevac,” he noted.
