Coach Milošević has determined the final list of volleyball players who will represent Montenegro in the second round of qualifications - technicians: Nadja Pekovic (Future) and Stasa Jovovic (Luka Bar); proofreaders and service recipients: Elena Jovanovic, Anastasia Koprivica, Klara Djukic (Future), Gina Lekic, Elena Čolaković (Budva), Jelena Corovic (High school student) and My Pođanin (Net); middle blockers: Sofija Duletić (Future), Andrea Glavanovic (Seagull), Bojana Krasniqi (Budva) and free: Lara Tosic (Future) and Sara Striković (Seagull).
During preparations in Podgorica, the young national team honed their form in friendly matches against the Buducnost team.
"The preparation period in Podgorica went well and we are looking forward to the weekend matches with good team energy. We used the friendly matches to raise our form to an even higher level. We have three close and extremely demanding matches ahead of us with Belgium, Slovenia and Slovakia, where we want to show ourselves at our best and provide this generation with another great competition.", said the selector Milosevic.
The winners of five groups and the three best second-placed teams will qualify for the European Championship in Latvia and Lithuania, which will be played from July 1 to 12. In addition to the host teams, the winners of the zonal qualifying tournaments will also play at the championship.
