During the meeting, the interlocutors expressed satisfaction with the current relations between Montenegro and Hungary, noting that, as stated, there is significant room for further improvement of cooperation, especially in the field of public administration, digitalization and exchange of experiences in the European integration process.
"Dukaj introduced Ambassador Hetei to the key priorities of the Ministry of Public Administration, emphasizing the commitment to improving the efficiency of administration, developing digital services and strengthening transparency in the work of institutions, with a special focus on the application of Hungary's best practices and experiences in the field of digitalization of public services and public administration reform," the statement said.
Ambassador Hetei emphasized Hungary's readiness to provide expert and technical support to Montenegro, as they state, especially in the areas of public administration reform and digital transformation, sharing Hungary's experiences in developing e-government and improving the availability of public services to citizens and businesses.
"The interlocutors agreed that in the coming period they will intensify communication and concretize cooperation through joint projects and initiatives that will contribute to the modernization of public administration and further progress of Montenegro on its European path. The meeting was assessed as an important step towards further strengthening bilateral relations and partnership between the two countries," the Ministry of Public Administration concluded in a statement.
