Residents contacted RTV Podgorica with a problem that disrupts their daily functioning – when Bulevar Pera Ćetkovića was built, they were left without the access they had used for years, so they were cut off from the boulevard and could only reach it via the landfill, which is located right next to the yard of the "Božidar Vuković Podgoričanin" Elementary School. This poses a danger to the elderly and children, especially at night.
"This is the only way and we are asking for access to our homes, to be safe. We are not asking for anything else, without being able to reach our homes safely," said the local woman, Tanja Saranovic.
He emphasizes that they had proper cooperation and a response from the Secretary of Transport, Nin Kaluđerović, who sent associates as soon as possible, that is, a response to Putevi.
"We are now waiting for the director of the Putevi company to solve this problem as soon as possible, because it is urgent," said Šaranović.

Local woman Slavica Kovacevic warns that they are in trouble because of the children.
"We have nowhere to take our children. We can't even take an alternative route. Whoever takes their child for a walk has nowhere to go and we have to look for other ways," said Kovačević.
Local Mojsije Jokovic highlights other problems due to this situation.
"All kinds of garbage are collected here, drug addicts come by the wall, we warn them, but we can't be present until dawn. Riots are happening, cables are being set on fire. An access road is necessary and it would mean a lot for our settlement, because it is our only access," said Joković.
Director of Roads Rados Zecevic After our call, he came to the scene and promised that the problem would be solved.
"I inform the public that we have sent an offer to the Secretariat for Traffic. We will do this work. There will be a two-way street built with the content that every modern street has. It is important here to solve the problem for the sake of all the locals, that Bulevar Pera Ćetkovića has a good connection with the settlement in depth. The landfill that can be seen behind us is on the path of the future route and it will disappear. We will find a way to prevent this from happening again, that is, to prevent construction or other rubble from being unloaded," said Zečević.
He called on citizens to be patient.
"I know that everyone would like everything to be resolved immediately. It can't be done right away, they need measurements, surveys, a geodetic base, a small traffic-type project. Basically, we will finish this by the summer," said Zečević.
Locals say they are encouraged that the problem has finally been recognized and that they have received concrete promises. However, they emphasize that the real satisfaction will only come when the promise is fulfilled, so that they finally have safe access to their homes.
