"Director of Roads Radoš Zečević is known for the affair related to the exchange of land for the "Kamenol" (Quarry), in which, by his own admission, he made an agreement with a person close to him, and through a direct deal, without any procedure being carried out, enabled a third party to obtain enormous financial benefits.
"According to the same matrix, Zečević is now buying a building directly from an individual, into which he plans to move, as he sees it - his company, because he sees Puteve as his own property, and of course he is paying for all of this with the money of the citizens of Podgorica," said Ćulafić.
He claims that Zečević is once again, through direct agreement, without any public competition or any legally prescribed procedures, enabling a third party to obtain financial benefits, and that this is an illegally constructed building that has been registered in the cadastre with that burden. According to Ćulafić, the director of Putevi does not see anything controversial in this either.
"There is no end to the arrogant behavior of Radoš Zečević, who does not care about the costs of legalizing the disputed building, because he will pay for them, of course, with the money of the citizens of Podgorica. In the end, we will thoroughly examine, as in the case of the "Kamenolom" affair, all the details of everything that was done and built illegally, including in the case of this, at least controversial, purchase, and inform the public about it in a timely manner, and the state prosecutor will obviously not lack for work either," says Ćulafić.
