The city's Putevi company is moving to a new building soon, which the company purchased for 900,000 euros. Putevi's director, Radoš Zečević, says that the new premises will provide the company with better working conditions.

Putevi will soon move to a new 600-square-meter building at the intersection of Princeze Ksenijje and 27. marta streets in Zabjelo. Director Radoš Zečević says that it also contains part of an illegal building, but that it will be legalized.

"I have a small annex that is surplus according to the cadastre, but it is part of the building. According to the Law on Legalization, we will legalize it and appropriate it, pay for it, and that is completely indisputable and we have given a deadline of about a year. So we put in a preliminary contract and that is why we did not make a contract to eliminate that deficiency," Zečević points out.

With the new building, he says, Putevi will have much better working conditions.

"We will move in when the internet is installed, cameras, cooling system, renovation and restoration, painting, etc. Good location and Putevi will finally have their own house for a very cheap price of 1,650, and ask about good business space in the gray zone for around 3,000 euros," said Zečević.

The building was purchased for around 900,000 euros, partly from a loan and partly from Putevi's own funds.

"So the City Assembly requires the approval of the Assembly for local companies to borrow over a million, and below that, the Board of Directors made a decision and we bought it by borrowing from Zapad Bank and we have already paid two installments. The deadline is for a year, we have another ten months to pay the installments and we can pay it and I am glad that I will be the executive director who left this company my house," he says.

Zečević expects to move into the new premises in August this year.
