Izbor Podgorice za Evropsku prijestonicu mladih 2028. godine bi bio ogromna prekretnica. To znači tri godine intenzivnog ulaganja u mlade i jednu godinu u kojoj bi se čitav grad transformisao programima, prostorima i prilikama koje su mladi sami definisali, to bi donijelo sistemske promjene, ne samo program za jednu godinu. To je za Portal RTV Podgorica saopštio generalni sekretar Mreže za mlade Crne Gore, Vladimir Perazić.
