Aktivnosti dijela crnogorske Vlade nijesu uvijek u skladu sa reformskim procesom pristupanja Evropskoj uniji, kazao je predsjednik države Jakov Milatović, navodeći da riječi i djela moraju biti više usklađeni. On je, na To Be Secure Forumu u Budvi, kazao da je na Crnoj Gori da se intenzivnije kreće kroz posljednje korake u procesu pristupanja i da bi fokus trebalo da bude na reformama.
