Laković i Mučalica pušteni da se brane sa slobode

Podgorica resident Saša Laković (36) was released tonight to defend himself from prison, his lawyer Srdan Kažić confirmed to the RTCG Portal.

Saša Laković and Nemanja Mučalica, who were arrested this morning on suspicion of facilitating the escape of convicted Miloš Medenica, have been ordered to be held in pretrial detention for up to 72 hours. They denied committing the crime. Laković said that he had passed a polygraph test several months ago.

Laković's lawyer, Srdan Kažić, told the RTCG Portal that the investigating judge accepted the appeal. 

He emphasized that his client is charged with the criminal offense of facilitating the escape of a person deprived of liberty.
