Portugal justified its role as the favorite in today's match with a 2:0 victory. Both goals in the match were scored by Thiago Portugal, in the ninth and 33rd minutes.
– A very demanding match, primarily in a physical sense, considering that we played three strong matches in five days. In addition, today we played against a team that showed the highest quality of our previous rivals. Although the opponent dominated for most of the match, the boys gave their maximum and countered as best they could, while also trying to play as much as the opponent allowed, said coach Vladan Savić.
"Sokolići" will play for the final place in the tournament on May 1st. The opponent and the time of the match will be announced later.
