“The suspect has persistently stalked the victim, who is his ex-wife, in a manner that significantly endangers her way of life, taking actions aimed at approaching, following, and attempting to establish communication against the victim’s will,” they state in the Prosecutor’s Office.
They note that he has already been punished for offenses under the Law on Protection from Domestic Violence.
