Meeting of the Prosecutorial Council

Duško Milanović is the new head of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica.

The Prosecutorial Council, at its 10th session held today, decided to appoint Duško Milanović as the head of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, while Radmila Gačević was elected as the head of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Ulcinj.

As stated in the statement from the meeting, the Prosecutorial Council also decided to appoint Radomir Kljajević, the current judge of the High Court in Bijelo Polje, as the state prosecutor in the Higher State Prosecutor’s Office in Bijelo Polje.

At the same meeting, five state prosecutors were also elected to permanent positions in the basic state prosecutor’s offices. Jovan Vukotić, Marko Mugoša, Sanja Ražnatović, and Nađa Martinović were elected to the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica, while Danilo Mrdak was elected to the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Bijelo Polje.
