Inicijativa za izmjenu Zakona o privrednim društvima, koju je usvojio Upravni odbor Zajednice opština Crne Gore, upućena je Ministarstvu ekonomskog razvoja, kako bi se rok za usaglašavanje organizacije i poslovanja sa njegovim odredbama produžio do kraja septembra ove godine, odnosno do usvajanja posebnog zakona o upravljanju društvima u državnom i opštinskom vlasništvu, koji je već u fazi nacrta, saopšteno je iz Zajednice opština.
