Greece managed to get revenge on Montenegro for the defeat in Athens.

They won in the "M:Tel Morača Hall" (79:65).

The "Helens" are now 3-1 and can wait in peace for the continuation of the qualifiers in the summer.

"It's more important that we showed reaction than that we achieved two wins. The guys understood that there is no easy game and today we played very good basketball both in defense and offense. My associates did a great job all week while I was away. In the first game we didn't have patience, but the guys understood that we had to play with a different intensity, to circulate the ball better, to find a free player - and we did that. Today's victory was very important, in a great atmosphere, but the guys are used to it. We want them to return to their clubs healthy and to have them next summer. Our fans were fantastic, they were heard even though there were fewer of them. That's the passion, the heart of the Greeks, the love for our nation. They helped us a lot and we thank them," he said Vasilis Spanoulis, Greece coach.
