Radončić completed an internship at Partizan and defended his thesis on the topic "Analysis of work, management, organization, professional work in the first team and youth department of FK Partizan". He defended his thesis before a committee consisting of Dr. Niko Raičković, Dragoje Leković, Džemal Kaplanbegu, Srđan Kljajević and Milija Savović. The practical work was done with the senior team of Otranto from Ulcinj on the field of that club.
Radončić took the exam in two parts, practical and theoretical. The practical part consisted of organizing corrective training in match analysis or scouting a future opponent, while the theoretical part was a presentation of a seven-day internship at the club.
