As they state, following the EC's position, they are calling on the Government to withdraw the laws on the Police and the National Security Agency until they are harmonized with the EU acquis, that is, until the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation.
"We call on Spajić to dismiss Šaranović because he misled MPs that the adoption of the Law on the Ministry of Internal Affairs is a condition for closing Chapter 24," Nikolić concluded.
