Minister of Public Works Majda Adžović emphasized that Montenegro's absolute priority is membership in the European Union, not only declaratively, but also substantively.

Therefore, he says, it is necessary to adopt appropriate legislation and implement reforms with the aim of creating a transparent, rules-based business environment so that investors can invest without fear.

"By closing the negotiation chapters, we are creating a market modeled after European standards with the clear goal of becoming part of a single space," Adžović points out.
