"He was tried in an urgent procedure on April 25, 2026, after the same day in the afternoon hours, a traffic patrol of the Police Directorate on the Ulcinj-Ada Bojana main road determined that he was driving a vehicle under the influence of narcotics," the court said.

As they stated, in addition to the sentence, the judge on duty, Anka Rašović, also imposed a protective measure of a 4-month ban on driving, as well as 3 penalty points that will be enforced by the Police Directorate once the decision becomes final.
