Minority shareholders of Vektra Boka: Bankruptcy to stop further property theft

Photo: Novski portal

The hotel company Vektra Boka, a former tourism giant and the engine of Herceg Novi's tourism development, is today a dark stain on the face of the city and the country.

Since the owner of Vektra Montenegro, Dragan Brković, took over management of HTP Bokom 18 years ago, a good part of the property has been sold off, hotels demolished or collapsed, and workers sent home.

The minority shareholder, Ellena Group, is now seeking to have the company placed in bankruptcy, as they say this is a way to stop further looting of the company's assets.
