Iz skupštinske većine poručeno je da Ustavni sud ne smije biti blokiran, ali prema najavama iz pojedinih subjekata vlasti, oni neće podržati Mirjanu Vučinić za sutkinju Ustavnog suda. Predsjednik Skupštine Andrija Mandić zakazao je za danas vanrednu sjednicu. Na dnevnom redu je predlog za izbor jednog sudije Ustavnog suda. Predsjednik Crne Gore Jakov Milatović ranije je uputio zahtjev Mandiću za zakazivanje vanredne sjednice na kojoj će biti razmotren njegov predlog da Mirjana Vučinić bude izabrana za sutkinju Ustavnog suda.
