The Parliamentary Committee for the Political System, Judiciary and Administration accepted the Proposal for Amendments to the Law on the Constitutional Court, which specifies the procedure for early termination of the mandate of judges and meeting the conditions for old-age pension, in accordance with the opinion of the Venice Commission.
A special law will regulate salaries in the judiciary.
