Ministar javne uprave, Maraš Dukaj, saopštio je da je resorno ministarstvo, u vezi sa sprovedenim nadzorom izvršavanja obaveze imenovanja potpredsjednika u opštinama Plav, Plužine i Budva, dobilo zvanično obavještenje od predsjednika ovih opština da su procedure imenovanja potpredsjednika pokrenute u sve tri jedinice lokalne samouprave.
