The Belgrade giant's guard was the league's most efficient player with an average of 21.2 points per game, ahead of Filip Barna from FMP (20.7) and our own Vladimir Mihailović from Zadar (20). This made him only the sixth basketball player in ABA League history to win this award.
On his way to the award, Washington excelled throughout the season, and especially stood out in the game against Krka, when he scored 48 points and set a new ABA League record for the most points in a single game.
