"It must be understood that the violations committed by Hezbollah constitute in practice a breakdown of the ceasefire," Netanyahu said during a cabinet meeting on Sunday, according to the Times of Israel.
He added that Israel is acting vigorously, in accordance with the agreement agreed with the United States and Lebanon.
Netanyahu said this means freedom of action not only to respond to attacks, but also to prevent immediate and even new threats.
