This season, experts believe, will be challenging – conflicts in the Middle East could affect tourists' decisions. The question arises: what does this mean for Montenegro?
Tourism experts warn of challenges such as rising fuel prices that could disrupt tourism flows. However, there is also talk of a chance for Montenegro to stand out as a safe and attractive destination.
"It is recognized that during this season, European tourists will probably choose destinations that are close and safe. In this sense, Montenegro meets both conditions, and it is very important that we have implemented certain policies already and enabled Montenegro to be more accessible, more accessible, primarily through the arrangement with Wizz Air, with which we have 17 new direct routes," said Minister of Tourism Simonida Kordić.
Experts advise – the focus, among other things, must be on pricing policy.
Challenges lie ahead, but so do opportunities, and the efforts made today can still significantly impact the success of the season.
