The team from Kotor eliminated Jug in the round of 16, while the team from Kragujevac was better than Barcelona.
"We played the last three games great. We've gotten into shape. I think the energy has never been better. We are happy to welcome the Radnički team and invite the fans to fill the pool and try to swim together to another victory," said Primorac water polo player Marko Mrsic.
Radnički won both matches against Primorac this season – in Kotor 13:7, in Kragujevac 15:9. The Serbian representative is the favorite in the upcoming doubleheader as well.
"We have a big match against Radnički. In my opinion, they are one of the strongest teams in Europe this season. They should have reached the F4 of the Champions League, but they did not play at the level they were expected to be at. They picked up their form in the second half of the season. That is the composition of the current Serbian national team with two former national team members, some of the best players in the world in the previous decade," said Kotor water polo player Marko Petković.
The match at the "Zoran Džimi Gopčević" swimming pool is scheduled for 6 p.m., with the return match on March 28 in Kragujevac.
