These are the third such protests, but the most massive so far.
From New York to the small town of Driggs in the US state of Idaho, protesters raised their voices against what they called the "constant chaos of the Trump administration."
They carried banners, sang songs and chanted against Trump's policies, actions and rhetoric, RTS reports.
"We are calling for a ceasefire now, without endless wars. Why are we attacking countries in the Middle East? We are a nation that has been at war long enough. It is time for peace," said one of the protesters in New York.
At the "No Kings" rallies, Americans are demanding an end to the war against Iran. They are also saying that they do not want new wars, and that they do not want a war against Cuba.
Tens of thousands of protesters marched through the streets of Rome.
"We took to the streets to say stop to imperialism and stop to the interests of a few that are harmful to everyone," said one of the protesters in the Italian capital, David Kotaro, a student from Rome.
Several thousand people, mostly Americans living in France, gathered in Paris. They were joined by French unions and human rights organizations.
A march against the US-Israeli war against Iran and in support of the Palestinians was also held in London.
Protests were also held in Israel, and police arrested at least 18 people in Haifa and Tel Aviv.
