Three matches in three days and three light training sessions for Montenegrin water polo players in the opening phase of the World Cup qualifying tournament in Malta.

After triumphing over Kazakhstan (27:6) and Argentina (21:5), the "Sharks" were even more convincing today against Great Britain (34:4).

This is also the most impressive victory for our national team in history. The record from 2007, when we celebrated against Switzerland (30:3), has been broken.

Montenegro led 13:2 at halftime, and won the third quarter without conceding a goal, with 10 goals scored…

The most efficient player was Đuro Radović with six goals, Danilo Stupar, Strahinja Gojković, Aleksa Ukropina and Vladan Spaić added four each, and Srđan Janović three.
