After the laws come into force, the ANB will be able to "collect information" on Montenegrin citizens without court approval, the vice president of the Democratic Party of Socialists, Ivan Vuković, announced on the X network.

He adds that the professional fate of those working in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Police Directorate will be decided by a commission formed by the relevant minister.

"It should be noted," Vuković concluded.
