Država treba da osnuje institut za istraživanje svih zločina koji su se u Crnoj Gori dogodili tokom Drugog svjetskog rata i poslije njega, bez obzira ko ih je i u ime koga učinio. Iza toga treba da stane država i mora bi da postoji i nacionalni konsenzus oko ovih pitanja, ocijenili su sagovornici RTV Podgorica u emisiji "Referat".
