Criminal charges filed against one person for forged diploma

The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation has filed another criminal complaint with the Basic State Prosecutor in Podgorica due to reasonable suspicion that the person J.Đ. submitted a false and untrue educational document, which, in the process of recognizing a foreign educational document, was determined by the competent institutions to be not a credible public document, the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation announced.

Based on the above, there is a reasonable suspicion that the person committed the criminal offense of forgery of documents under Article 412 of the Criminal Code.

"We expect the competent authorities to act in accordance with their jurisdiction and powers, in order to resolve this significant institutional problem," they concluded in a statement.
