Predsjednik Crne Gore Jakov Milatović obrazložio je danas u Skupštini priedloge za izbor člana Fiskalnog savjeta i Zaštitnika ljudskih prava i sloboda. „Fiskalni savjet nije samo još jedno savjetodavno tijelo: on je korektiv, sigurnosni mehanizam i jedan od stubova fiskalne stabilnosti“, kazao je predsjednik, podsjetivši da je višegodišnje kašnjenje u njegovom formiranju suštinski fiskalni i institucionalni problem.
