"Namely, on April 13, two foreign citizens reported to the police in Podgorica that on April 11, they were physically attacked by three people in a catering facility in the city center. Police officers immediately took action within their jurisdiction, implemented a series of measures and actions and learned that the individuals in question were DJ (22), NL (22) and DK (23)," the police said.
Information was collected from several persons for the record, and the prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was informed about the event, who stated that the actions of DJ, NL and DK constitute elements of the criminal offense of violent behavior.
They add that DJ and NL are deprived of their liberty while DK is wanted.
"We emphasize that DJ, NL and DK are the individuals who were deprived of their liberty in Nikšić just the day after the events in Podgorica, on April 12, when 41 PVC packages of cocaine were found in their vehicle," they emphasized in the statement.
The incident from a catering facility in the capital was reported to the police on April 13th, after which DJ and NL were arrested on the same day for violent behavior.
