"A case has been opened in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica on this occasion in order to determine the existence of the elements of a criminal offense for which prosecution is being carried out ex officio," the Podgorica Public Prosecutor's Office told CdM.
The case is currently in the investigation phase.
Last week, two explicit videos were published in certain media outlets and on social networks, one of which allegedly features Pajković and Nikola Drecun, who is on the run due to suspicion of committing the most serious crimes.
Drecun is charged with the murder of Dragan Roganović and Petar Kaluđerović, as well as the wounding of three people in Cetinje on June 20, 2024. An Interpol red notice was issued for him in late 2024.
