"The criminal report that you filed as the proxy of MP Slađana Kaluđerović with this State Prosecutor's Office on February 9, against Dragan Maslovar from Kotor, for the criminal offense of inciting national, racial and religious hatred under Article 370 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro, has been submitted for the jurisdiction and further action of the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica, because it is a criminal offense that falls within the jurisdiction of the Higher Court in Podgorica, before which that prosecutor's office is authorized to act," states the ODT decision sent to attorney Kavarić, which he submitted to the RTV Podgorica Portal.
As a reminder, Kaluđerović, accompanied by lawyer Dalibor Kavarić, filed a criminal complaint regarding threats made to her due to her political stance that the Serbian language, as the majority language according to the results of the population census, should be the official language.
Maslovar sent a series of insults and threatening messages on social media. He wrote, among other things, "if you don't calm down, tractors are the only solution. Either you will sit in peace and respect the state of Montenegro or you will be in trouble. So speak Serbian in Serbia."
