SE Report: Prisoners in Spuž exposed to inhuman and degrading treatment, claim they also suffer physical abuse

The Council of Europe's Committee for the Prevention of Torture (CPT) today published preliminary observations following its visit to Montenegro from 19 to 27 November last year, Human Rights Action announced.
