Bivša čelnica Agencije za sprečavanje korupcije Jelena Perović osuđena je na dvije godine i dva mjeseca zatvora zbog zloupotrebe službenog položaja i falsifikovanja službene isprave. Prvostepenu presudu je u Višem sudu izrekao sudija Simo Rašović, koji je odbio predlog tužilaštva za određivanje pritvora. Pomoćnica Perović, Nina Paović osuđena je na šest mjeseci kućnog zatvora.
