Kako za Pobjedu ističe Veselin Dragaš iz Udruženja agencija za nekretnine Crne Gore, nakon višegodišnjeg zalaganja stručnjaka iz te oblasti, inicijativa za donošenje zakona o posredovanju u prometu i zakupu nepokretnosti konačno je stigla na dnevni red Skupštine.
