The tender is divided into two lots:
Lot 1 includes three secondary schools in Nikšić: Secondary Vocational School, First Secondary Vocational School and Stojan Cerović Grammar School.
Lot 2 includes the Primary School "Radojica Perović" in Podgorica.
"The planned works include the implementation of energy efficiency measures, which include the reconstruction of the roof, facade, replacement of facade joinery, renovation of thermotechnical installations, replacement of lighting systems; structural measures that are of fundamental importance for the usability of buildings; as well as comfort measures that increase the comfort and conditions of learning, work and living of users," the Ministry said.
The deadline for completing the work is 180 days.
"The activities are being implemented within the project "Improving Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings", which the Ministry of Energy and Mining is implementing in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation. Funds for the implementation of the project have been provided from the KfW bank loan arrangement, an EU grant and the budget of Montenegro", they concluded in the statement.
