Dugo vrijeme čekanja je jedan od najčešće prijavljivanih izazova građana i istovremeno jedan od ključnih pokazatelja prepreka u ostvarivanju univerzalne zdravstvene zaštite, odnosno ostvarivanja potrebne zdravstvene zaštite na vrijeme, u odgovarajućem kvalitetu i bez finansijskog opterećenja, ocijenila je za "Dan" šefica Kancelarije Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije (SZO) u Crnoj Gori, dr sci. med Mina Brajović.
