The president of the Democrats' parliamentary group in the Podgorica Assembly, Mitar Paunović, said that it is a particular pleasure for him to work with people with whom he shares mutual respect and appreciation, because, as he says, professional cooperation is most easily built on such relationships.

"I find it particularly satisfying to work with people, I am aware that positions are not a privilege - but a great responsibility, especially in a time when social networks and public space bring additional challenges and pressures. Despite this, I always try to give my maximum, taking care to preserve the honor, reputation and dignity of both my family and the position I hold. My basic rule is to never take things personally and to always preserve the dignity of others, regardless of political differences," Paunović emphasized.
He estimates that the job of a councilor does not have working hours, and that it involves constant availability to citizens and associates, which makes it difficult to draw a clear line between private and business.
"I try to keep at least some of my time for myself," says Paunović.
